A Digital Portal for Local Government Collaboration

DEPAN brings together Local Government Organizations from across Greece. The new portal was developed to improve information management and strengthen communication between network members.

The challenge was to organize operational and strategic material in a way that remained usable for different municipalities and stakeholder needs.

The portal includes a database for files, statistics and studies, project-management support, access to information on European and national funding programmes, and training resources.

The information architecture was designed around clarity and transparency, with responsive behavior across devices and security considerations built into the platform.

The platform was conceived as working infrastructure for collaboration rather than a brochure site. Its role is to help members access information, plan initiatives and share resources more efficiently.

The broader roadmap described additional networking, funding-monitoring and information services, reinforcing the portal as a base for continuing digital development.
