AI Transparency Notice

Last updated: 4 September 2026

This notice explains when visitors interact with AI and how the Design Agency may use AI-assisted tools in website and client services. It supports the transparency obligations of the EU AI Act and does not replace the Privacy Policy.

Nova is an automated AI assistant, not a human. The interface and greeting identify it as an assistant. Replies are generated from instructions, website context and conversation content.

Nova may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Important information, prices, deadlines and commitments must be confirmed by an authorised human representative.

  • Explain agency services and help visitors identify a relevant service.
  • Collect project context when the visitor voluntarily provides it.
  • Direct the visitor to a human contact or project form.
  • Provide general information, not binding offers or professional advice.

A visitor may contact a human at any time through info@designagency.gr. Nova does not conclude contracts, approve credit, determine eligibility, make employment decisions or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Conversation content and metadata are processed to operate the assistant and respond to the enquiry. Do not enter special-category data, passwords, trade secrets or confidential third-party information. The Privacy Policy explains legal bases, recipients, transfers, retention and rights.

Depending on the agreed scope, AI tools may assist research, ideation, drafting, design, coding, analysis, media production or quality checks. Appropriate human review and contractual confidentiality restrictions apply.

Where EU law requires disclosure or machine-readable marking of synthetic or manipulated content, the agency and client will allocate the relevant responsibilities in the project agreement and publication workflow.

Users must not use the assistant to facilitate unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, infringing or harmful activity. We may restrict or stop interactions needed to protect people, systems and legal rights.

This version applies to the website's Greek operation. Individual agreements and mandatory law take precedence.
