01

The challenge

The migration of MetLife corporate contracts to the NN brand was not a conventional rebranding exercise. The documents carried substantial legal and financial implications, so visual change could not alter the meaning, intent or accuracy of the underlying content.

At the same time, the project involved 1,200 contracts averaging approximately 25 pages each, creating a production volume of roughly 30,000 pages.

02

The team

A multidisciplinary team of approximately 12 professionals was assembled, including designers, copywriters, correctors and proofreaders.

Roles were deliberately separated so visual migration, textual integrity and final quality control could be managed independently but in coordination.

03

Quality assurance

Accuracy was treated as a core design requirement. The proofreading workflow used a second-review layer: one proofreader checked the material and another reviewed that work before finalization.

The visual team aligned every document with the new NN identity while the editorial team protected the precision and consistency of the contractual content.

04

Delivery

The project was completed across a four-month period. The combination of specialization, project coordination and multi-layer quality assurance enabled the team to manage the document volume while minimizing unnecessary back-and-forth.
